Upgrades needed to bathrooms, sofa beds etc.

All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The room was nice, although I think it could've been a little cleaner. There were some areas where there was visible dust or dirt but overall the room was clean enough. The bed was very comfortable for us too. The breakfast provided was very nice and they had a lot of options. The only other thing I would critique is the furniture. The couch and chair in our room and the furniture available during breakfast were a little more worn than I'd like. I think if I were staying in this area again, I'd come back to this hotel.

This place was dirty (e.g., trail of dried menstrual blood behind the bathroom door; blood stains on the the washcloths and sheets; sticky dining room utensils and tables; stained dining room furniture) and staff was indifferent (desk personnel dressed casually in leggings/sweatpants; ignored guests waiting at reception; played 60's 70's and 80's rock hits in the reception area/dining room 24/7 (presumably music manager/staff like but very at odds with the decor/ambiance of the dining room and mood of guests at breakfast); breakfast comprised cold scrambled eggs from a mix, stale bagels with a broken bagel slicer provided to slice them, tiny pots of sliced fruit (that did not look fresh) each day for breakfast; staff held group meetings/socialized next to the coffee and tea bar, ignoring guests, during breakfast. Really, guests seemed to be peripheral to the life and concerns of the staff of this hotel. Obviously Hilton could care less about this property, and its guests, and the staff cares even less. Won't be back.

The only thing we had an issue with was the front desk during the day. They were in the back a lot. One time we had to go back there because we need extra towels and we waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk.

We like with us hotels located I made the reservation for Expedia and a couple of days before we arrived. I modify the reservation to shorten it by one day. Apparently Expedia and hotel didn’t communicate and I got charged with the extra day and I’m told that my cancellation was too late and violated the cancellation policy. Life goes on, but I won’t no longer book hotels through Expedia and will book directly with the hotels.

Breakfast very dry and tastless.

Sausages and potatoes were very dry.

Lots of parking. Very quiet. Comfortable room and bathroom. Comes with some kitchen appliances!

The pool was cloudy very cloudy. The rooms can use new sheets and shower curtain. Other than that it’s great
