The front desk staff - Rhoda, Melissa, & the gentleman on the evening shift- were outstanding—genuinely warm, professional, helpful, & knowledgeable. Exceptional front desk staff, really exceptional. The breakfast was great. Chia pudding (!) & breakfast tacos are brilliant ideas and a tasty change in addition to the standard hotel breakfast fare. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the location offered good food choices within walking distance (Mex, ihop, tgif, & mall restaurants). There is a sky bridge to the mall very close by. It was nice to have everything within walking distance.
