Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix - Metro Center

This hotel was recently rebranded as a Choice hotel. The last few times I stayed here it was a Hilton and I was a bit nervous with the change. Fortunately, I was greeted by the same amazing staff and as I relax in the pool before bed I have zero worries. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is a bit chilly but very clean. The property is well maintained. I look forward to staying again in a couple weeks for our next trip to the Phoenix area.

I liked the convenience of the freeway and shopping outlets. Kind staff.

VERY friendly staff - at the front desk super nice, and as we were finishing our free breakfast I received a friendly “good morning” by a cleaning lady who was wiping the tables. We wound up chatting for a few minutes about family and travel. I felt like a made a new friend!

The staff was great!! Breakfast was wonderful, and all in all an excellent experience!! Highly recommended!

Staff was great! Very friendly and accommodating! The room was a very nice size but needs a deep clean. Walls and couches were dirty but everything else was nice

Property was decent for the area and price. Room smelled a little moldy but was very clean, the coffe maker didn’t work. What really bothered me was the 300 dollar deposit on a 114 dollar room.

Older facilities but well maintained place. Near busy streets. Nice staff good breakfast.
