They put us on the highway side of the building and it was noisy. The air conditioner continuously ran and was noisy as well. It did help mask the outside noise.

Too laud at night since it is close to the drive way. I had a hard time to sleep.

The carpet in the hallway seems to be old, had trouble pushing a luggage carrier

Found most parts agreeable and ok. Not a great breakfast. Not the worst.

You will hear constant freeway travel so if you are a light sleeper beware. We did not get any room service and we were here for 5 nights. Ran out of towels, paper towels, and garbage overflowed. We were told we would have service 4th night so we hung tight waiting til then but it never happened. Overall very average. I wouldn't stay again but it wasn't horrible.

This was a very good and affordable option for a short visit to see my daughter at college. Quick drive to GCU. We felt safe and the property was clean. The breakfast had some good options but I was missing some fresh fruit.

The hotel was clean and the towels were folded nicely. What really stood out and separated it from others of the same price point was the service of the evening front desk clerk. He was informative polite and customer service oriented it was refreshing to see that level of service in the hotel.

Hotel is really nice for the price they want. The amenities are well worth the stay. The rooms are always clean and the staff is super friendly. However, they have a hold charge of $200. I’ve stayed here multiple times and never had an issue except for this last time I stayed. I got the credit back and then they still charged me $200 and I had to file a claim with my bank. It’s a really nice hotel and unfortunate that it happened.
