I was greeted with a warm smile from Kijana and immediately felt that I had made an excellent choice in booking our accommodations. Kijana was very personable and made us feel welcome immediately as he excitingly explained the included amenities to us.

Amazing customer service!!! My boyfriend checked us into the hotel and Kijana helped him out, while also upgrading our room. This made the trip start off on such a positive note as the upgrade was much appreciated for our trip. Got upstairs, and the room was perfect! We will definitely be back. Thank you Kijana!!

Minutes to Williamsburg and a short drive to Yorktown and Jamestown. Parking at the hotel.

Stayed October 19th through Oct 24th 2025. Had a 2 bedroom suite and it was clean, great size. The staff was extremely good and responsive to our needs. Special Thanks to Frida and Stacy. The Manager is wonderful. We had pets with us and the Room Attendants were great in getting us any clean linens needed. Location to restaurants and the Colonial area were good and a nice relaxing time perfect for vacation.Breakfast area was large and well attended. The only 2 negative's were the cable had a disappointing selection, mostly sports and news. The tiled area in the kitchenette and bathroom needed a good Swiffer mop cleaning. If more than 5 stars could be rated- I would give it much higher. Would strongly recommend this Hotel to friends and relatives with no hesitation.

The staff were very friendly to me both when I called and upon arrival. The manager seemed very attentive to detail and professional. Breakfast was okay, I just noticed a lot of the food was cold, for example, the scrambled eggs.

The rooms definitely need renovation, and the bathroom could use more attention; the tiles are moldy.

Don’t stay here because they have roaches! The room they gave us smelled like Raid bug spray and then we saw a roach behind the door. They only offered us another room bc they wouldn’t give us a refund since we booked through a third party, orbitz. The second room didn’t smell like bug spray but later on we found another roach near the mirror on the wall. Don’t stay here. They have roaches. Stay somewhere else!

The couch in the living room area was uncomfortable to sit on but when the bed was pulled out to sleep on it was comfortable, otherwise the suite was good.

Hotel is clean and run-well. I am allergic to pets, so I was not happy about being placed in a "pet-friendly" room. I don't know if there is an option to "opt-out" of these rooms when making a reservation. I booked through Expedia as I usually do.
