It was nearby my event and close to restaurants. They were nice enough to let me change my check out date

There was a bug inside the shower. The room was nice and accommodating, but the AC system was very noisy and I had to shut the door to the room. The ceiling fan was a first for me, but it was very noisy. Also, it was noisy when other guests used facilities I think the hot water made the pipes shake

"Less than average room; in an old hotel; that had antiquated amenities."

I enjoyed the size of the room and the staff was very kind.

The hotel was old some of the amenities were antiquated and the room was not very clean. The shower was rusted the baseboards were not cleaned, the closet door was broken, the tv did not work properly in the king room, and the overall cleanliness of the room was subpar. There was a spider in my bed and two strange bugs were in the room and we never received a wifi code.

Quick entry and exit access from the parking lot.

It was a bit hot inside the main hallways and the staff was not as personable as I would expect.

Some of the staff was very friendly while the others wouldn't even speak after being spoken to

The room was horrible. The air conditioning broke the first day, they was supposed to have fixed it, but it broke again the next day and we had to keep complaining before they moved us into another room in the middle of the night. They offered no help

"Messy"

Love the building and love the surroundings of the location.

The windows were broken and it rained all weekend. Water was getting into the hotel at all windows. Brought it up to staff and it was nothing that they can do about it according to them.
