Hilton Garden Inn Tallahassee

The property was well maintained but the restaurant and bar were lacking. Would have loved to be able to eat there but didn't sound appetizing.

Nice hotel

The room smelled bad, particularly the bathroom. We were offered another room but that one was above a room playing loud music so there weren’t a lot of options.

Ive stayed here before and like the location.nits close to everything.

Breakfast was not included in the booking

Hot tub was Luke warm. Control for the jets was broken. No knob!

Rooms are decent

Maintenance. Had no hot water in 219. Called front desk and they immediately came by with a key for a new room 201. Hot water! I understand there are pumps that circulate hot water throughout the floor. Apparently these pumps are not working otherwise I would have had hot water after running the water for a reasonable time. I ran the water for 20 minutes and still no hot water in room 219. Room 201 had hot water immediately. Parking lot speed bumps need to be painted. I didn't see them and was surprised by the sudden jarring while riding over them. Several in the parking lot, none painted.

The best thing about this property was the guest-service staff member, who was incredibly friendly, and the beautiful lobby. We stayed in a king executive suite with a kitchenette—but there was no table, leaving a large empty space. The couch appeared covered in pet hair, the pull-out mattress needs replacing, and the sitting area had no television. The bedroom was acceptable, but the shower took about thirty minutes to warm up, and overall the suite could have been much cleaner.

The hotel does not have a continental breakfast! It is cook (microwave) to order.

I specifically chose this hotel for its hot tub at a long day when I try to use it the knob was missing couldn't enjoy the hot tub. But honestly the bed was so comfortable I was all right with the inconvenience will probably be back in September. Dee was very Helpful.

The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and offered plenty of space to relax after a long day on the road. It had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The only downside was the AC—it was a bit loud and made it hard to sleep at times. Still, overall it was a good spot and I’d definitely consider staying again on another road trip.
