"Not up to Hilton Standards"

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly front desk BUT Bazaar Decor, understaffed (requests are completely ignored - never followed through on anything) keys stop working every day, and the restaurant was the absolute worst. DO NOT BUY BREAKFAST BRUNCH! I’ve seen better offerings at a cheap suite hotel free breakfast and they charged $22 a person. Horrible instant grits. Hard, dry overcooked scrambled eggs - if you can wait long enough for them to actually bring them out. Gelatinous bacon, just awful. The hostess/ server was very nice but the cook needs to consider a different profession

It was very loud because it myst have been some kind of event going on for children and they were up and down the hall all night. Someone also had a dog that barked all night and the staff kept trying to enter the room the next morning while i was sleeping. I was so disappointed and miserable because I didn't get any rest.

I prepaid for the property then when I got there. They said “your card declined online you’ll have to provide another way to pay for the room” so I did. They got paid twice. I’ve since reached out to booking.com to make this right and have yet to get the issue resolved or even hear back from anyone.
