Seemed to short staffed. Floors throughout the entire property were dirty and never cleaned throughout our entire stay. Trash cans outside needed to be emptied. Lobby floors were always dirty. Switched rooms twice because the bathroom was dirty. Floors in the rooms were not vacuumed like cleaning staff said they were. Continental breakfast is not included with room rate like promised when booking through expecia

After a four-hour drive and a long day of travel, I was looking forward to the room I had carefully reserved. I called ahead to let the hotel know we’d be arriving late and requested a late check-in, hoping for a smooth and easy arrival. While they confirmed the late check-in, I was disappointed that instead of addressing my reservation, the staff spent time trying to sell me a timeshare. They never mentioned that despite my reservation, my room could be given away to another guest—whether they had a reservation or were a walk-in—if they arrived before me. I had reserved an executive room, but when I arrived, I was assigned a smaller room without any explanation. I paid for the room I had originally booked, and yet, I wasn’t informed that my reservation had been altered until I opened the door to my room. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. This situation brings to mind that classic Seinfeld episode; This hotel knows how to book a reservation, they just don’t know how to keep it. Thankfully, we were able to find another room at a nearby hotel, on a busy night like Valentine's Day. The only redeeming part of this experience was the kind woman at the front desk, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall disappointment. I will not be booking with this hotel again.

Stay overnight to run in Tallahassee Half marathon Sunday. Comfortable, quiet, great service. Sunday morning after race, were allowed late checkout to shower and change before driving back home. Thank you

The bed was a little uncomfortable and I wish the breakfast would have been included with the price. It was a graduation weekend so it was sold out all throughout the city. Seems like everything was more expensive that weekend. It would have been nice to get a complimentary breakfast instead of needing to pay almost $10 a person

I don't like writing negative reviews. We stayed 3 nights here -floor/rug had dirt when checked in. No housekeeping during stay, asked at front desk the 2nd day was told service would be provided - didn't happen. I did obtain a set of towels that night. Upon check out noticed two charges for breakfast. Pointed out to front desk who relayed that a manager would review and contact me, I was provided the managers name, phone # email. I called the manager 2 days later, not available provided details and was told would return call. I sent an email with the folio & details to manger, no response so called again. Manager not available, asked to talk to General Manager- no other manager will get in touch. Still nothing. I have contacted Hilton corporate with these comments as well. I will say the breakfast team (staff and cook) were most courteous and the omelet(s) I had on multiple days were very good. But overall between the room, lack of service and management not responsive I would not recommend staying here

Great place for a quick stop with breakfast

All the staff we preoccupied on their cell phones . The night desk clerk was watching a football game on the downstairs tv on the couch!
