Hilton Garden Inn Tallahassee

The hotel was clean. Our room was spacious. I liked that it had a microwave & fridge in our room. The staff was very friendly and had good customer service. It's near restaurants & shops. My only suggestion is put towel rods in the bathroom to hang up towels & wash cloths.

Location and aspect looked well maintained

We were there for 3 nights and our room was NEVER serviced despite talking to the front desk and eventually the manager. The manager, Ken Grey, even told me he would take one night off my bill and that never happened despite numerous texts and calls. So get ready for that if you are staying there.

We were originally given a 2 queen room when I booked a 1 king room on Expedia. The front desk staff did make it right and gave us another room

Nice place, but no free breakfast, and had to change rooms because the shower didn't work.

They gave us the key to someone else’s room. We entered and all of her belongings were in there. So they had to give us an old room. Unrenovated.

Parking and facility parking

The room was clean and comfortable, the most important part of any stay. The property looked run down, though, and was being refurbished. They have a kitchen serving breakfast at a reasonable rate, though a complementary option considering the state of the place would have been nice.
