The place was impeccably clean. The staff had to be some of the most considerate, helpful people I've ever encountered. The beds were great and super comfortable and the overall design of the lobby was perfect.

The location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable. The pool and hot tub were fine, but the area was chilly. It looked like there's a draft from the exterior door, so it just made it hard to enjoy the pool in a chilly room. The buffet was okay, but not worth $15.00 for powdered eggs.

This property was nice and safe. It was metro to getting around to downtown and other areas. They provided shuttles to help get you around as well.

"Good Location & Nice Room"

Room was great even had lil towel dolls on the bed to greet us. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Hotel entry was under a bit of construction but service was still good. They charge for breakfast but we knew that and skipped it. (You can also purchase supper.) Great location by a Target, Starbucks, movie theater, and more. Pool and hot tub were been used as we left in the morning and looked nice too. We saw shuttle and multiple vehicles for the airport parked in back. We didn’t need though.

Stayed at the Garden Inn while back in Minnesota for a reunion with my sibs. We all stayed in the hotel. The service was great as usual but what made are stay memorable was the Vickey who was the wait staff for breakfast. She was informative, helpful and gracious. Gracious is an old fashioned word, but fits for someone like Vickey who treats her guests in the hotel as she would her friends and family visiting at her home. In a world where civility appears to be at a premium, graciousness is to be treasured. Would recommend the Garden Inn and certainly will stay any time I return to Eagan
