Good location

We had to go one night cause our flight got cancelled, it was fine! Generally speaking, the hôtel was okay (what you would expect for the Price) but the service was amazing! Spécial shout out to Zaque and Patty, who were very welcoming, kind and helpful! They really assisted us with anything we needed and were very nice to talk too. It is rare to get such a good service!

Convenient location- free shuttle from the airport can’t be beat! Driver was nice and the front desk attendant was also friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I don’t know how I selected it, but I ordered the “BnB” reservation, which “includes breakfast” .. be very careful NOT to select this option. It corners you into ordering a single item from a limited menu, in my case a single waffle with two rock-hard freezer-burned sausage links. One bite and I thought I was surely going to regret it later. I think the price difference between the “BnB” option to full Breakfast Buffet was $4.. I would’ve paid $10 more not to be served that level of food at anything with a Hilton name attached to it. In conclusion, PAY FOR THE BUFFET .. or eat somewhere else. I didn’t have time to complain at the time.

Very nice hotel in a great location. So many things nearby including coffee and grocery, and convenient to the hwy. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. We’ll stay there again when visiting family in the area.

Zaque made my visit very easy going! At first my company did forgot to make the reservation for my room, but Zaque assured me that it happens all the time and was helpful while I waited for my reservation. Throughout my week stay, Zaque was friendly and was able to assist me with any questions I had throughout my week’s stay. Thank you Zaque!

We had some issues with checking in due to my companies error. We had a very long day. The front desk supervisor Zaque, was so patient, professional and helpful, he worked diligently to get us checked in. He apologized for the inconvenience.
