Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Eagan

Overall it was pretty nice, but a bit noisy through the walls and ceiling. Fortunately our neighbors weren’t too noisy. The breakfast buffet did not appear to be worth $15, but we ordered off the menu, and that seemed to be a good value. The hot tub was nice, but the screaming little girls not so much.

Clean rooms. Appreciated the shuttle to the airport.

Everything was good. No issues.

The room we stayed in had significantly uneven floors. When you wake up and walk around at night you feel like you’re on a boat. Staff were friendly. Nice location near Minnesota Zoo.

Zaque is a fantastic individual that really looks out for his customers. We had an unexpected overnight in Minneapolis due to travel interruptions and Zaque made every effort to see that we were taken care of despite a late arrival to the hotel. He got my kids food (pizzas) and made sure I could get a glass a wine to unwind from a long day or travel. Please see that he is recognized for his outstanding customer service skills.

Very pleasing decor, large room with many amenities and welcoming and helpful staff.

I booked with breakfast included. The buffet is better than most, but still a buffet. Typically the scrambled eggs were rock hard. The great feature was ordering off an extensive breakfast menu - the food was fantastic!
