USThe breakfast was awesome and perfect for a family of three. The breakfast was filling. The pool was perfect. The room was clean. The staff at the bar and restaurant were welcoming with grate customer service.
We loved everything.
USI didn’t like anything about this hotel, because I never made it there. Although I had resting reservations they canceled them at 2:35pm right before check in and I was on my way. I received an email stating that my reservations were canceled. So I called to address the matter; basically they told me that they canceled it without an validate reason.

USUSHotel was okay. Staff was not friendly and were arguing when we got there. We were given room 108, then when we used the key, which did let us in, someone’s belongings were already in the room. The room had already been reserved and being used. We had to wait to get another room and even be let in because their system was down and she could not make us a key. Finally got a key, and the rest of the stay was fine. Jasmine made sure to give us a couple of free drinks for the mistake. However, my digital key continued to give us access to room 108 even though we stayed in 425. This is a concern for a safety issue. I won’t be staying here again.

The bathroom in our room was decent but could have been a little better for the cost of the room and being a Hilton. No fan so taking a hot shower steams up the bathroom pretty heavily. Could use some updating.
