DoubleTree by Hilton Hartford Downtown

Parking garage was a hot mess. No signage in hotel directing guests to garage.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. The only issue I had was that I could hear the plumbing running all night, it sounded like my toilet was running and i could hear flushing sounds from other rooms through the pipes. Not sure if it was because I was in a corner room though. Otherwise, wonderful stay. Great location.

Great place and was located near everything...they were remodeling the parking garage which was kinda noisy.But everything else was great

The staff were friendly. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and temperature controls seemed to be broken.

This area was a bit down trodden didn't feel safe at night.

The room and the location were both excellent. The room was nicely designed and clean. After a long day of travel...it was a welcomed delight.

When I first arrived at the hotel I wasn't greeted at all. I just sort of stood there and was finally addressed. That was really awkward. Eventually she warmed up but those first few minutes weren't great. The person working the desk when I checked out though was really great.

The room was not prepared, sofa bed was not prepared for a kid and bedding was missing. The sofa bed and bedding was later provided by maintenance man, which was unbelievable. The towels were provided only for two persons even after a complain regarding the sofa bed.

The sofa-bed was not prepared for a kid and bedding was missing. It was brought after the complain at the reception desk by the maintenance man. Absolutely not acceptable. The number of towels was not matching number of people in the reservation even after the complain about the bed.
