"Elevator nightmare"

The hotel only had one serviceable elevator. The wait times were 15 minutes or more just to use the elevator. I heard it has been this way for a couple years. If that's the case management should be switched out.

"Disappointed in Jackson"

From the outside, I was impressed but once I finally got to my room, I was very disappointed. Dates furniture showing overtime signs of distress. Place is desperately needing a remodel. Worst thing was the elevator(s). Only one seemed to be working and it wasn’t working well. Not acceptable for a building of this size. Got on to go to the lobby by myself and hit then L button, we immediately went to the penthouse twice, back to my floor and finally down. No on got on but me. Bathrooms are aged, no body wash available in the shower. Also, what kind of a hotel has a bar that closes at 9 pm. Unacceptable

"NEEDS UPDATING AND REPAIRS!!!"

Beautiful, older hotel, but 1984 is calling!!! Needs major updates. No USB ports, few outlets. A/C doesn't work well, checked 6 floors, no ice machines working. 4 elevators, only 1 operating during our stay. Desk chair covering is falling apart.

"3 days, 2 days no air & 1 wrkg elevator"

arrived on a Thursday evening to a extremely long line to get on the elevator because there was only 1 working elevator out of 4. huge inconvenience considering there were 2 conferences happening. when we arrived to our room the tv was blue/purple. i informed the front desk the tv was going out and they said ok. the tv was never replaced during our visit. in the middle of the night on night 2 we were awoken because the heat went out. we suffered the rest of the night hoping it would be repaired in the morning. we left for the day only to return to discover there was absolutely no heat in the building at all. the front desk staff, maintenance staff and bartender had amazing attitudes and were very apologetic. it was then that I discovered, the hotel is up for auction and there are no plans in the near future to repair the elevator or air conditioner. special note, website and Ai responses for bar and resturant hours are completely incorrect
