Hilton Jackson

I had a great experience at the Hilton Jackson location. This was my first time renting their event space. From book with Rashawn’s, to the 3 full days at venue. Everyone was helpful and timely. I appreciate your support and service.

Location

Old rusty decor, hanging bathroom ceiling, large red stains on carpet(dirty), and one working elevator.

I loved the penthouse rooms, they were really nice! Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and professional and took care of our needs right away.

I didn’t like the fact that there was only one elevator working. There are way too many people to accommodate to only have one. Some people waited hours for one trip.

Stayed while in town for a law school graduation. Checked in on the Hilton app which is nice to have that choice. This is a large hotel with only one working elevator. Upon arriving, we waited 20+ minutes for the elevator to take us to our room on the 5th floor. I inquired from hotel staff how long the elevator’s have been out of service and they told me they are broken daily and out of service MOST of the time. We chose to use the stairs to and from our room on the 5th floor. Our room was musty smelling and uncomfortably warm upon arrival. I set the thermostat to 65 but the room never got below 75. Probably the most “concerning” thing that happened concerning our room occurred when I retrieved a hand towel from the bathroom and a fake eyelash fell out from the towel. As a person who travels often I have experienced many things in my travels but never an extremely large fake eyelash falling out of a folded towel. I am a Hilton honors member and have been for a long time and this hotel is sub par at best. If you are traveling to Jackson there are better options available. We will consider other hotels next time here.

When booked breakfast wasn’t an item that came up, had this been an add on, we would have paid for it… since we didn’t pay we only ate once out of a five night stay I was very disappointed….when you go out of town traveling this is something you look forward to having is breakfast in the morning…

The staff was very responsive and friendly.

There was only one working elevator. The pool looked disgusting.
