Hilton Garden Inn Roseville

Lovely, bright lobby with gas-fed fire in fireplace in front of which was a comfy place to sit. Breakfasts were fresh and staff friendly and attentive. Bed, easy chair and lighting in spacious room made my stay comfortable, along with a Keurig -like coffee machine and microwave. Digital key worked perfectly.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Roseville, CA, and had an excellent experience throughout my visit. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. Every interaction—from check‑in to housekeeping—reflected a level of professionalism and care that really stood out. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with all the conveniences I needed for a relaxing stay. The property is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is calm and inviting. I especially appreciated how smoothly everything ran; it’s clear the team takes pride in keeping the hotel running at a high standard. This stay exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return. Check in was simple and the staff accommodating.

Horrible hotel! No heat in the room, no WiFi or internet, TV didn’t work, no blankets and BEDBUGS! A young man at the front desk didn’t know what to do. He called the manager on call and no answer. It was a miserable night. We left the next morning and the manager still hadn’t come in. Called Hilton and they referred us back to the local hotel manager. Terrible experience!

I was immediately greeted with a friendly face and loved it but when I was asking for my room keys as I already checked in and had a digital key, the front desk was asking for my room number, so I showed her my phone with my room information as there was a couple near the front desk. I like to be discreet as possible when giving my room information because you just never know whos listening. She then proceeds to ask for my name loudly and I give it to her quietly, eventually she caught on, but hoping for future stays front desk should be quieter when asking for room information. That was not really the worse part of it. I then proceed to go into my room exhausted from holiday festivities, we just washed up and went to bed. The next morning we woke up and noticed two tan circle things by the AC unit. I go closer and its two literal mushrooms growing on the floor! I'm sure its from moisture and possibly mold but I couldn't believe two actual mushrooms were growing on the floor! I've never ever had that happened. It made me question the cleanliness of the place and how they were not spotted when cleaning or how long that room has been untouched. I took videos and pictures because I couldn't believe I slept in a room with mushrooms growing on the floor. Thankfully we rushed out of there in case there was mold and that much moisture to grow mushrooms in the room.

I stayed here when I had back to back Dr appointments. It was very easy to get back and forth. I loved that it has a small restaurant, so you don't have to leave the facility. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel in a great location. Staff is friendly and attentive. Common areas are comfortable and there is always coffee and water available.

Roseville was the place we called home after Thanksgiving from Tahoe. We were stuffed, tired and exhausted. The room was clean and comfortable. Had plenty of room and a coffee maker. Loved they had snacks available and a restaurant. Not to mention a cozy fireplace in the lobby as well. Our experience was amazing. Slept like a baby the beds were comfortable and layout had plenty of space for our luggage. No noises were heard from outside or from guests. We enjoyed a movie before dozing off. Upon check in the reception was pleasant and knew our reservation. Checkout was simple enough and effortless. We did not encounter anything negative and will stay at this location again. Plenty of gas stations nearby to fill up. Starbucks was down the street to grab a coffee for the drive back to the Bay Area. Thank you Roseville for the hospitality and comforts of home.

Location: 5 mins drive to Galleria shopping plaza and cute eateries. Less than 4 mins to Miners Ravine Trail Loop (great for walking, biking and jogging. Beware of the Mountain Lions...kidding. I hardly saw one). Even though it says Loop it's not a loop. Atmosphere: Hotel is very dated going up the stairways and hallways. Rooms: I was very surprised how clean and comfortable it was. Value: very, very reasonable Noise level: Hotel is right off the highway yet once inside the hotel the noise lever is low. Service: Wonderful and very pleasant staffs. They're so friendly and never have a bad day. Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, great breakfast setup, & fitness center. Can't go wrong with that. The cook makes THE best omelettes! Would I stay at this hotel, again? Absolutely, because of the service and their super nice employees.
