Hilton Garden Inn Roseville

Very impressed with this hotel. Very Clean and comfortable with wonderful, friendly staff. Absolutely will stay here again.

I recently had a group reservation at Hilltop Garden Roseville, and unfortunately, the 2 queen beds were sold out. The group reservation agent that I talked to over the phone made a reservation for 1 king bed and a roll-up bed instead. On the way, I called the hotel and I was informed by the front desk agent that the roll-up bed was first-come, first-served, despite explaining that I had called and spoken to the group agent for the reservation. The front desk agent was rude and dismissive. The front desk agent instructed us to check in online to secure the roll-up bed, but the app couldn't find my reservation. After contacting the reservation line and explaining what was happening, they contacted the front desk agent. The front desk was also rude to the reservation agent. They ended up escalating my case. Upon arrival, on Oct 24th, around 8:30 pm, the front desk lady was visibly annoyed and mentioned that multiple calls had been made about my reservation, which was unsettling. She said that this is not how they do business. Not quite sure what she meant by that. She also threatened my family, stating that if that happens again, my family and I would not be welcome. As a Hilton member, this experience was disappointing, and the threat of not being welcomed back due to miscommunication was unwarranted. It highlighted a lack of training and professionalism in handling customer concerns. I hope for better communication and customer service in the future at Hilltop Garden Roseville."

I arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn in Roseville Sunday evening and found myself second in line. As we all do, I was paying attention to the conversation in front of me to know how soon my turn would come up. There was a bit of a wait because the woman in front of me needed a little help and advice about the neighborhood, the facilities, the rewards program and even how to sign up on the app. The front desk attendant, who had introduced herself as Debbie, answered those questions and--going even further--showed her how she could get 1500 bonus points on her next 5 stays. I took out my phone and signed up too. I didn't mind waiting in line for three or four minutes while Debbie took care of this super important guest because I felt like I was going to be super important right after that and I was not disappointed. She knows her stuff.

The front desk staff was very friendly the entire time, the rooms looked spotless and clean, and the food was delicious!

Our stay at HGI Roseville met all of our expectations. Everything was clean and check-in was easy. We had our pet with us and we felt very welcome.
