Noisy highway Food can be better Very clean Internet good

Hilton Garden Inn Roseville was an easy drive from the Sacramento airport. Check in process was went smoothly with no hiccups. Entry to the hotel was clean and had a water station & morning coffee. Breakfast could be purchased for a small fee and was very conveniently located in the lobby. Rooms were clean and spacious. We were a family of four in a room with double beds. We had an enjoyable stay. Waterpark is located right across the street if you are looking for something fun to do with the kids. Will return the next time we are in town visiting friends.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn as a recommendation from a wedding we were attending nearby. Our room was very large, clean and comfortable. We were facing a busy freeway but could barely hear it. We slept extremely well. The lobby area was nicely appointed with many comfortable chairs. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Roseville. Debbie was incredibly friendly and accommodating right from the phone reservation, making me excited about my stay and meeting her in person. Robert was super helpful and always available to assist us with room temperature and ventilation concerns, answering all our questions. The restaurant staff were lovely, offering great suggestions that truly satisfied our appetites. Overall, everyone who helped us provided outstanding customer service. We’ll definitely stay at HGI again in the future.

The burger was very good at the hotel restaurant and I arrived early and they had a room available and let me check-in early.

Long way from the elevator to the room

Pre-paid for the room weeks ago. Showed up late at night after a long day of football and cheerleading only to find out they sold our room to someone else because of all the people in town for the concerts. Left me, my wife, and 2 young kids driving around until 3am trying to find a room. We were there for my daughter’s cheer competition the next day. Absolutely unacceptable. Never will I use hotels.com or stay at this chain of hotels again. Even sitting here today writing this review, and can’t believe a professional business would do this. Worst part is they lied to us. They said our room was no longer available due to “maintenance “. I said, “if that’s the case, we didn’t you call us ahead of time so we could have made different plans”. Caught them in a lie, and made the situation even worse. I’m just so disgusted.

Our experience was awful. Check in time was 3PM. We showed up at 4PM and our room was not ready and we were told they didn’t know and estimate on when it would be ready. Finally in the room, there was mold in the bathroom and trash under the beds. Not to mention, the trash from the previous people was sitting outside the door of the room still. The next morning we left the hotel, came back around 11am to get the rest of our things, and someone was already cleaning out our room as if we had checked out when we hadn’t. Mind you, check out is 12PM. Extremely disappointed in our experience.

The room was okay. Lumpy pillows and very crinkled coverlet on one bed - almost like it hadn't been washed or that it had been on the bottom of a pile. The desk chair was not adjustable and very short, so it was difficult to work on the computer. Window faced the highway. The room was extremely loud with the highway traffic and passing trains. Not what I expected. Will not return.

It was our first time traveling to Roseville and we couldn't be happier staying at the Hilton Garden Inn! The staff was very friendly and the rooms and property were clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn again in the future!
