"Super friendly - everything you expect from a hotel"

I stayed here for just under a week for a business trip. Service was great, and the staff even better. Every time I left or returned they were always friendly and smiling. Debbie on front desk, always had time for a chat and to help out with suggestions of places to go and visit etc. Will definitely return on my next visit.

Great stay.most friendly front desk person ever.Even the maintenance guy stopped to talk to us.room was clean as was lobby.my wife and I truly felt like honored guest there.will be our go-to place in Sacramento area.

"Safe at Home Away From Home"

This is my family’s go-to hotel when visiting the Sacramento area. It was not a hard decision to stay here myself when I went down for a visit. It was a bittersweet visit for me, but the staff and the comfort of this hotel made it easier for me to settle in and feel safe.

This hotel needs a makeover. It is old and beat up. There is no fan in the restroom, the furniture had been around for a while. Needs upgrades.
