Very close to conference at Hershey Lodge. Plenty of parking even though we were told the hotel was full (because of the conference). Friendly staff that exceeded expectations.

"Great Service, an okay place to stay. "

Every time I stay at a Hilton I am always disappointed. The service is great but the rest is just okay. The rooms are average, this time the bed was like a rock but overall just average. Just remember nothing is included with your room except 3 k-cups. Bottles of water in your room are $2 each, no breakfast included, etc. so there was nothing wrong with this Hilton it’s just like every other Hilton I have been to, average.

I had a great experience with my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Hershey. The property is beautiful beds are comfy and staff is fantastic. I had the pleasure of checking in with a nice man named Zach . He was so pleasant and professional gave suggestions of things in the area to see. I appreciate being met with a smile at check in after being on the road traveling all day. I was checked in quickly and on my way to relax . Thank you Zach ! HGI you have a great employee.

"Made me feel like Home away from Home"

When I first walked in Mrs. April greeted me with a smile. Made me feel very welcome when checking in. This is the kind of service we still need in this day and age. I believe you guys have a Gem Employee in your staff. She also gave us great food recommendations around the area. If coming back to Hershey I will definitely tell my company to book this Hotel. Great Job April.
