"Overall-perfect!"

I inadvertently made a reservation for 1 night, & then realized we would have to drive to pendleton in the dark. So immediately made another reservation for 2 nights-& requested the 1- nighter be canceled. Got to the hotel & found it WASN'T canceled! So I am paying for 3 nights, not 2. Mary Ann at the front desk said she try & see what she could do- no promises. Got back to Pendleton, opened phone to message that, indeed the one night was canceled! Thank you to all who were involved, especially Mary Ann

What's not to like? New upgrade to room, very comfortable bed, fan in bathroom, fridge in room, microwave, coffee maker. I have stayed at this hotel several times with some of these amenities already, but new chairs, carpet, paint.

I booked this hotel because of the 24 hour shuttle. I signed up when I checked in on 10/11 to take the shuttle to the airport the next morning at 4am. There was no one at the front desk at 4am. The shuttle was no where to be found, I had to take an Uber to the airport. I would like someone to reach out to me and make this right by reimbursing me for the Uber.
