Victoria Palms Inn & Suites

We have stayed at this hotel for 3 years in a row without in problems. This year we stayed for 7 days, not one time did a housekeeper come to our room to clean it or give us new towels for showers. When we went to the front desk to get some towels, we were told you can only get them from housekeeping. We left about 8am and would arrive back around 8pm and not one time did we ever even see a housekeeper to ask. When we explained that to the front desk, he said there was nothing he could do to get us any. We ended up having to buy towels at a local Walmart. This is very sad being we paid good money to stay at this hotel. Don't think we will be staying her next year.

Great place to stay. We found our go to place in south texas.

The bed really bad and uncomfortable, The breakfast was bad, the coffee ended and the carton glasses, the manager in that time was in a call and he delayed in to bring more coffee and carton glasses, the pool area was opened until 11 am, but the schedule was since 9 am.

The rooms are dated and look a little worse for wear but the property is nice.

It was a place to sleep, the key cards defiantly need to be fixed. I had to go every day to get my key card reprogramed because it wouldn't work.

Room was nice. Dated but still nice. Pickings were "SLIM" when it came to breakfast. Never saw any butter or jellys, even though there was bread to toast & a waffle iron. Guess they wanted you to visit the restaurant instead.

In general, my stay was decent. I was not satisfied with the breakfast offerings. It was nothing but a carb-fest! But my biggest problem was the loss of power. My children were terrified in the dark! It was impossible to pack up for our morning departure, and the staff was of no help keeping the guests informed of the situation.

Spacious suites

The hotel was awesome more than we were expecting to be honest. Amir provided exceptional customer service and made our check in reservation easy (even though the system was down for a few hours) My family and I came down from Houston for a family matter and we will definitely be back.
