The location is great and it is close to everything. The room was clean and organized, though a little dated but the price was great! Just stayed 1 night but surroundings were quiet and well kept. Our door handle cover of the main door was loose so I would recommend you check that but overall it was a pleasant stay

The check in was little bit slow, after we received the keys it seemed like they were disactived, we came back to tje front office and they reactivated for us. After that we enjoyed our stay . The rooms eere clean and we got clran towels amd the trash taken out every day. The environment was quiet and relaxing . Ovrrall nice stay, for sure we are coming back to to Victoria Palms in!

When I arrived, the staff was not approachable, they handled the paperwork and only gave me the key without any other directions. The room I got wasn't the one I had booked (booked for two beds, and they gave me one) when I went to the front desk they said something about an issue, and was either that room or to cancel the room.
