I paid for water pool and slide but it's all fake. There is no water pool and slide.

Loved this hotel. The view from the room was breathtaking! Didn’t mind the trains at all. Room was very large, beds comfortable. Easy walk to downtown and trails in Canmore. Loved the coffee station in the morning!

Sad that the pool was not open while we were there, but was not a deal breaker for us.

The location is close to everything - town center, bus stops, stores, trails. Room is clean, hitting floor in the bathroom, friendly and helpful staff.

The railway is very noisy. If your sleeping is very sensitive it is a challenge for you.

Cleanliness and comfort

The gym is not good, the weight machine had missing cables and no dumbbells.

Very good breakfast.

Sink in room is cracked. Bad for bacteria

The room was a good size with a sofa to sit on, the bed was very comfortable with a good pillow selection. The room had a bar size fridge and microwave. There was also a little table with chairs.

I would not stay on this side of the hotel, it was very noisy when the train came by, which pretty much was all night. You’d just get into a good sleep and then get woke up by the train. The room had a blind on the window but it needs room darkening curtains, there was too much light coming in from the outside.
