It wa very conveniently located and had large rooms.

drive up we new we made a mistake. zero parking, next door empty building with homeless people, lobby was locked had to speak to the person through a window, bed felt like we were sleeping on a box springs not a mattress, pillows were non existent. hotel attendant was not helpful at all.

When I checked in, two (2) different ladies were checking out. The first stated she would be returning after midnight and did not feel safe due to multiple men literally camped out in the parking lot of the building next door. The second lady stated that her sheets were not clean and strands of hair throughout the room. For me, the small safety lock that swings over the small knob was missing, the tv kept flashing stripes across the screen, the tub was stained, and the towels had a bluish tint to them. The lobby and area behind the receptionist desk were jumbled and not what you would expect for the price paid. This was a very disappointing visit and after flying all day and trying to relocate when major events were going on in the area, losing money to spend more money and be inconvenienced even more forced me to choose the lesser of the two inconveniences. The linens and towels were poor quality. Shower head was loose and toilet didnt flush well.

The employees were really nice and helped a lot. The room was not as clean as it should have been.

Nice and clean property. The staff was friendly. We had a slow drain in our shower other than that it was very nice and clean inside.

Pulling up to the hotel and seeing two picnic tables full of questionable invidivuals outside was the first red flag. The lobby was easily over 80 degrees and smelled terrible. No elevator so after we carried everything to the third floor and found our room, we discovered that the bedding was dirty. Like, you could see hair and body grease on the sheets. The front desk had to go find clean sheets and they didn’t have them in the right size. We ended up just buying our own and taking them home because it was easier than trying to just leave and get a refund. The shower didn’t drain either, so we just waiting until we were at our next location. Super sketchy place. Super nasty. Also, the price it’s listed on Hotels.com is about $40 more than what it goes for a night.

Only 1 staff member for the entire hotel. Toilet broke at 5am and werent able to have anyone look into it until cleaning staff arrived at 10AM. Would not change to another available room. Terrible service would give 0 stars

I started going to the Red Roof because my dog stays for free. And I keep going because it is clean, quiet, budget friendly and location. It is owned and operated by a very nice and helpful family as well. Did I already mention that it was clean? Yeah, I did just thought I would remind you(:
