Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Downtown Gatlinburg Parkway

I liked the area!! That was it! There where hair in the tub, the blow dryer almost caught on fire, the pool was beyond gross!! And so on.

The hair in the tub (have picture), the pool was so dirty, the blow dryer almost caught on fire, bugs wherw all over piss aunts. Puke allover the shower curtain

i went with friends we had our own room the price was great and the location was even better this is my choice to stay every time i go to Gatlinburg it is aways clean could the rooms use some updates yes but over all the rooms are clean and the staff is great

The property was awful!!! The rooms were nasty!! the pillows cases had stains on them!!! The tub was dirty!!! The breakfasts awful!! ( Bread was hard, Juice was warm ) Not a good experience at alll extremely disappointed !! Staff wasn’t friendly at alll!!!

The location was beautiful

The elevator was broke the whole time. I have health issues older guest with me hard to get up and down step. Our rooms were on 3rd floor. Pool was cold when I asked right after booking they said they had a heated pool. It was not. It was ice cold kids could no swim. Rooms were not clean. Missing multiple iteams in room. Stain on bedding must I go on.

Nothing

Everything. Find somewhere else to stay unless you want to carry your luggage to your room. There's no elevator. Like to take showers? ... Well you won't here. Lay something down before you step in the tub. Like hot breakfast ? They don't serve any... Oh and let's not forget about the zero degrees pool they have that claims to be heated online. If you want to be uncomfortable and got some money to throw away GO AHEAD AND BOOK 😊

The location

The staff on night time was wonderful. The girl was sweet. I had to change room 2 different times because first time my foot went through the bathtub floor (they did compensate us for that room) then we moved and got into another room and after a night being in that room the battery died in the door and she couldn’t get it to reprogram so we ended up moving to another room. Besides the one incident and the room changing. It’s basically a pay what you get hotel. The location was nice. I was kinda disappointed in their breakfast because every cheaper hotel I have stayed in has typically waffles and a better breakfast selection their breakfast selection was pretty bland. The other thing I didn’t like is I tried to call before coming and I got no response even booking couldn’t get a response from them and I had a heck of a time with them and it threw me off. The beds were fairly comfortable if you like a firmer mattress then you’ll like it. Cleaning services made sure we had soap and fresh towels every day which was nice. The only thing I got tired of was having to constantly change rooms, could’ve been better breakfast, and they could’ve been better at answering the phone. When I talked to the guy about compensating for the constant room changing he was rude about it. Because I’m on vacation I don’t want to constantly have to move rooms because of them it wasn’t us it was them and he was rude about it. So like I said it’s a pay for what you get. If you want better than this I’d spend money else where.

Location was good room was probably as clean as you could get it

As a party of two with two vehicles, we were informed we were only allowed to one parking pass for one vehicle. I was told the other vehicle had to be parked away from the property even though there were plenty of empty spaces available.
