Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Downtown Gatlinburg Parkway

Most everything was fine. The room was clean and we liked the location.

The elevator was out of order.

A very, very worn out and ill maintained low-cost motel. The Wyndham customer service phone simply put me in an expensive room and I should’ve gone to Expedia and found a much lower price. I feel they oversold and overcharged for the quality of the property.

Elevator was broken and as a 70 year old man with bad knees, it was a chore to climb 3 flights of stairs with heavy luggage. Toilet seat was broken, lights and outlets next to bed did not work. Balcony railings were rotted and peeling paint . No ice buckets available to get ice in. Tub did not drain well and the water became over ankle deep during shower. Very disappointed with the overall days inn experience and will never stay there again.

Location, we picked this hotel for its location.

Elevator never worked during our entire stay. Toilet in room was actually touch the sink and it was very uncomfortable trying to use the bathroom. Light switch beside the bed only worked half the time. Room had no ice buckets and when we ask, we were givin a small trash bag for ice. Every shower included water standing over our ankles in the shower . Very slow drain
