The lady at the front desk is terrible person she said that she doesn’t care about her job or take any exp. She also was cussing and telling me she didn’t care about getting fired because she never will! Laughed in my face and was so rude Rudest lady I’ve ever encountered at a hotel! If you hate your job just quit you never should treat customers that way! Especially an 8 year old child that was with me and she spoke that way in front of her

The room was clean but we chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub for us and our grand kids and they was both cold.

Disrespectful and rude staff

The pool was NOT heated as advertised!

Property had not been plowed since the most recent snow leaving the parking lot an icy mess. I was almost hit in the head by falling icicles. The pool is only available to registered guests ( my minor son was not allowed to join us) which would be fine if it was listed in the rules ahead of time but we booked this hotel specifically to use the pool. And to top it all off the heater in our room would only work if it was set on continuous heat so we had to sleep in a sauna all night.

Hearer did not work

Clean and modern, the bed wasn't very comfortable and the TV didn't work completely but pretty much what I expected for the price.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly.

Bed was a little "dippy"

Over charged n was told couldn't bring food to room when other people was allowed to go to their room with food
