Quality Inn & Suites Lenexa Kansas City

The room was fine except it is very dated, and it NEEDS TO be updated. The bath towels are so BAD……felt like cardboard and the shampoo dispenser made shower slippery……..put a towel in shower so I didn’t slip and fall!! Not a good idea!

It was clean, comfortable and convenient.

The room was nice, the pool was very small. The hot tub was OK. Warner than the pool but not really hot and the only protein at breakfast was microwaved sausage patties that were an unappealing color. The toaster worked great and the cereal and donuts were OK but definitely not a main dish.

There were many dead bugs around the pool area. The hot tub did not work properly. The toilet in my room was not cleaned (dried pee and hair under the backside of the toilet seat).

Staff friendly especially the night manager, Lyn, attended to our request. Only issue was the breakfast, not satisfied, no meat, just egg for meal.

The staff was very kind and the hotel was clean. You're uncomfortable, but the breakfast was a little disappointing. Cold bisquits, luke warm sausage and those were the only "hot" items. Was not impressed 😕
