"Wonderful experience"

What a great hotel. Great facility and great great staff. Particular kudos to Munir and thanks to Abed and in the dining room and Dina and Anucha in housekeeping! The accommodations are deluxe. The food is awesome - amazing breakfasts and the staff is first rate. Looking forward to my next visit.

"Highly recommend"

Our experience began with a few hiccups but the staff quickly turned it around to creating a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was wonderful as was the service. The best part of our stay were the incredible views from our Old City view junior suites. What a special experience! Balconies are large and the views are spectacular. We would definitely return.

"Great breakfast staff.. bad noise level"

We have stayed in the citadel many many times and it's always amazing! The staff at breakfast is extremely nice and friendly. Especially Samir b.! Always has a smile and caters to our every need The only problem we had with this stay is the noise level. We were on the fifth floor and was kept awake till 1 am with a party Thursday night and Saturday night Was awful! Wld not recommend taking a room on the fifth floor it's open to the lobby and u hear everything! I wld definitely stay there again but on a different floor

"Outstanding!!"

We had an amazing time in the David Citadel hotel in Jerusalem. We came with our 3 kids and have been wined and dined! The highlight was the breakfasts every morning where we were spoilt for choice and have never seen anything like it!! A special shout out to SAID who couldn't do enough to help us during breakfast each morning, from hot drinks to ice drinks for the kids, highchair for the baby and whatever else we needed, he was always happy to help with a smile:) Thank you for such a great experience and we will surely be back again and very much looking forward:)

"Great stay"

"My stay at the David Citadel was great from start to finish. The staff at the front desk were efficient, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, The hotel's location was perfect. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh options and my waiter Said was very professional and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel.

"A Heavenly Experience"

This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. From the moment you enter the hotel until the moment you leave, the service, hotel elegance, cleanliness was superb. The hotel is very well managed in all the areas of service, including the front desk, the manner and courtesy of the personnel, the room stafff, the dining room staff; this hotel is A plus..............nothing more to add; a heavenly oasis on the planet earth.
