"Five star service!!!"

We came to Jerusalem for a bar mitzvah. We stayed at the David Citadel bc of its close proximity to the Kotel. What has stood out the most has been our friend, Mr. Said who works the incredible breakfast buffet. He greets us each morning with a big smile. He makes sure we always have whatever we need, even before we ask. He's a true gem and we were lucky to be under his care.

The DC is a beautiful hotel and great location. It is spacious and very clean. Special thank you to Said and Abed in the dining room for amazing service with a smile each morning. Wonderful staff!

We had such a wonderful stay at the David Citadel Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. We had a small situation with our son, and the team handled it with so much care and compassion—taking care of everything we needed and thoughtfully following up afterward, which meant a lot to us. Breakfast was outstanding (honestly, one of the highlights!). And the hotel manager was exceptionally warm and kind—truly made us feel at home. We absolutely love coming to the David Citadel and can’t wait to return.

We just concluded our week-long stay at the David Citadel, and everything was fantastic. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service. Baha attended to us from check-in to check-out, truly making our visit a 5-star experience. His warm and friendly demeanor, along with his willingness to assist us with everything we needed, left a lasting impression. We will definitely return, thanks to him!
