Hilton Tel Aviv

Nice room , the hotel is near the beach, goog wiwe, good breakfast, the service was great and I enjoyed very much, I like to stay there, I will come back we eat dinner in the traklin, and we stay in high floor, it was wonderful stay, near the sea, I like the hotel

Great stay clean and very comfortable

This was not our first time staying at this Hilton, but the service we received at the hotel was unmatched in our years of travel. Every aspect of our stay, from the pool, breakfast, executive lounge and front desk was outstanding. I cannot remember names, but the pool manager treated us like family, the front desk folks went out of their way to help, and everyone who worked at the executive lounge was wonderful. I cannot wait to return.

I had a great experience visiting this hotel. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are renovated and well decorated. The breakfast is delicious (highly recommend opting for the Vista Lounge), and the location is unmatched. The pool is refreshing and the staff is helpful. Regarding ambiance, I would not recommend this destination for people looking for a quiet or elegant environment (especially during summer times). Large families and big groups tend to frequent the hotel. That said, the hotel is interesting and lively. Rooms are slightly on the smaller side, though the balcony views are fantastic!

The hotel was nice and clean, the service should be better. We were waiting to long for checking in, we received the room with an hour delay. While we were waiting they didn’t even offered us water. In the room we were missing towels and water, we called for the service a few times, but we didn’t get it, until we went for the reception. The accessibility for strollers is poor, specially around the pool or on the way to the beach. 10 minutes ofter we checked out and left the hotel I received a call from the hotel. The representative asked me with a lot of attitude if we are planning on leaving the room or that they will charge us for extra night. When I explained that we already checked out, she didn’t apologize for her mistake, and said with the same attitude that she is sending someone to check if we really left the room. It was very unpleasant, and not the way I expected to finish my vacation.

Just went again for our annual trip there, and what a comfy, luxurious, and overall fabulous experience, as always. We NEVER want to leave. It is a true 5-star resort/spa. See my previous reviews, for more detailed info. We will just add, that Rachel at the Hilton Honors Desk there, always makes our stay the most enjoyable, every year, and we are most appreciative.

Our family vacation at the Hilton was amazing, largely due to their exceptional service that anticipated all our needs. The staff was attentive and accommodating, and the amenities were luxurious. Our stay was both relaxing and memorable, making it a truly special experience for our family. We were first greeted by Rachel and Raya who made sure our accommodation was comfortable. The hotel's exceptional service is largely due to incredible staff members like Raya Klaiderman at the front desk. Raya is a true asset to the hotel - her professionalism, attitude, and warmth make every stay truly special. She always greets us with a smile, remembers our names, and goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. Additionally, Sylvia from housekeeping is absolutely amazing! Her kindness and love shine through in everything she does, and our kids adore her. The entire family looks forward to seeing her every year. Raya and Sylvia's dedication and exceptional service have made our trips to the Hilton Aviv truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return and experience their hospitality again. Delighted

We had another amazing stay at Hilton Tel Aviv. This is our family’s favorite hotel. It is very kid friendly. We had two connecting rooms. This hotel has the best breakfast buffet in Israel. The staff is all very accommodating and friendly. Rachel and the front desk staff always go above and beyond. Rachel has been there a long time and she will always will help you out with any request. The lobby restaurant staff is also super friendly, especially the manager who wears a bow tie (I can’t remember his name), as well as the waitresses. The security guards always greet you. The pool manager Avi and the pool staff treat the kids like royalty. For anyone complaining about service related issues, remember that Israel is at war right now. A significant portion of the staff either have served in the military during the war, or have family members currently serving in the military. Everyone was affected in some way by October 7. So give the staff a break. They are still going above and beyond for guests. We cannot wait to come back to visit Israel and this will be where we stay again.
