Breakfast buffet was not as good as the high price

This hotel is a long way from anything - it's located in what I would describe as a big car park surrounded by other conference centres - this hotel seems to focus on hosting conferences rather than holidaying guests. It's not geared up for foreigners (eg no ATM that accepts foreign cards). I should add that our bathroom had a rather sad and threadbare curtain over the bath supported by a bent rail and - specifically - our bathroom door locked itself at 1am meaning we had to get dressed in the middle of the night in order to let the repair man in. He didn't seem surprised so I suspect this is a frequent event. My recommendation is get somewhere near to Hwangnidan street and if you do decide to stay here don't shut your bathroom door.

Had a great stay but it was spoiled by the very last interaction I had with the two member of staff at concierge. I checked out and asked for a bottle of water, because I just checked out they said no more water allowed. Customer service never stops, this is a disappointing way to end a good stay and left a bad taste in my mouth as I left.

View. Transport handy. Comfortable rooms

Cost of the buffet. We had a very similar buffet in Seoul for half the cost . Costly restaurant.

The hotel is located away from train station and city centre (which takes 30 minutes ride). It is near a theme park and a lake. Apart from that, there are not may shops and restaurants nearby though the Convention centre is right opposite to it. The breakfast has limited variety and is the same every day. The view from the room overlooking the lake is nice.

조용하고 께끗하고 편히 쉬다 왔습니다. 주변 환경이 좋아 산책하기도 좋았어요.
