Smell really bad everywhere. People smoke even in non smoking areas. My room smell like a smoker one. Really uncomfortable. Bad front desk service. People are inpatient and looked really tired.

USThe room was nice. No complaints about that. But there was an issue with the payment at checkin. This was a gift getaway for my daughter and her boyfriend. I purposely booked on Booking with my credit card so they would have an easy checkin process and my card would be charged. The hotel ended up charging him and not my card. I called and was transferred back and forth to people who were zero help to me. I had to repay him back when they got home. I don’t know if I’ll be using this method anymore to book hotel reservations. Deeply disappointed with this. They had a nice time and liked the room so I have no complaint on that end.

The check in staff were rude and charged us an extra $50 fee for a smoking room we had already paid for. When we told them we were guaranteed our rate they laughed in our face and said they ran the card already and we cab booking.com. The room had dirty rags on the floor, hair stuck to the shower wall and the weather stripping to the door coming in was falling down. We ordered DoorDash and had our food stolen also. What was supposed to be a nice one night get away was ruined. All the places we’ve been this is the first time I ever had to complain☹️
