AEThe only bright spots was the housekeeping staff. The room itself was clean and well arranged, and the housekeeping supervisor named Anup was incredibly professional and courteous and the Casino facility inside the resort was a plus. The indoor pool was lovely, with a glass roof that allowed sunlight to enter, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment.
My stay at this resort was a major disappointment. We were a group of friends visiting Atlantic City for leisure, fun, and relaxation, and we had a booking of five rooms same night, all of which experienced similar issues with the unprofessional reception staff, valet parking, and parking management. Our stay dates included a Saturday, which meant we paid the highest price of the week, we naturally expected service that reflected that premium rate, but that is not what happened. We even insisted on staying that day despite the cost. Upon arrival, the valet staff was rude, rushing us away when we tried to find the entrance. Furthermore, there is an unreasonable policy of charging for parking even for registered guests, and there are fees for both self-parking and valet. When I informed the valet I only needed three minutes to check something with the reception, they were rude. In fact, when my brother briefly parked on the other side of the street to wait for me, the car resort security immediately asked him to move. This implies that guests cannot park or wait anywhere near the hotel, leaving no clear instructions on where someone can temporarily wait. The check-in is scheduled for 4:00 PM, but I arrived at 2:30 PM and asked them to process my documents, holding off on the key until 4:00 PM, but they refused to accept them without completing the full check-in immediately. I returned at 7:00 PM to complete the check-in since I had some important event to attend outside the hotel, however two keys were not working.

The ac was literally falling apart it was horrible i asked someone to come fix it and they said they would and they didn’t this is the ac at nighttime and in the morning and it was also dirty as well .
