Everyone was super friendly and helped with anything we needed. The hallway to the room smelled really good. Kept room clean and we had a great view outside.

The only negative that I have is when using the TV you have to know the channel numbers in order to watch anything on the TV. Pretty sure we had Golf playing for about an hour as none of the buttons on the remote worked besides the volume and then the numbers.
