The hotel was under renovation and I wasn't made aware of that before booking. The room was dusty, floor wasn't clean and hair was in the shower and sink

The staff was extremely helpful especially front desk staff Kisha...she was a gem she went far and beyond to make our staff enjoyable...During our stay the hotel was undergoing renovation and I am sure that all those inconveniences would be remedy.

"Spend a little more. "

Hotel was under remodeling common areas were unusable. Checked in went to room. Another guest was already checked into that room. Elevator spelt like marijuana. Finally got to room bathroom floor was nasty with TP under sink looked used. Toilet rocked and was not secure. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Watery, powdered eggs, grey sausage no coffee made.
