Hampton Inn Ft Lauderdale-Plantation

Nice clean room

Bed comfort is a pet peeve for me when I travel and it was amazing at the Hampton Inn!! I slept like a baby every day/night of my stay while on this trip. Very satisfied!!

Loved it.

TV black and white, no maintenance on the property after 7:00 pm, no towels in the room, and no one to deliver. I asked to change my room and according to front desk “no available room”, next day, someone came my room and he unable to fix the TV. My spouse talked to the front desk to change the room and again she was told that there was no available room. She got angry and they found a room that the AC was not working properly (only the was working), bathroom floor become hazard due to moisture. I understand there was remodeling the property however the cleanliness should be maintained. As a Hilton honor, there was unacceptable as my wife remained in the hotel while I worked.

The hotel was nice the staff was awesome especially the front desk staff i enjoyed i t I will come again and recommend others to stay at this hotel

The property had an old musty feel which caused my husband's allergies to act up. Also, one of the dyers didn't work well and we had to repeatedly top up before realizing something was wrong.

Closeness to Broward Mall, and other shopping areas was a plus. However,

The hotel itself was great the parking was an issue

This place is a dump

There was construction on the property but no disturbance as such. The staff was great!
