Hotel was hiding , pool was very warm but a lot of chlorine in it. Hotel is definitely on the older end and smaller but overall it was ok

I was denied my stay right at the front desk. On your website it says we consider all ages adults I’m 18 years old legally considered an adult I took a 5 hour trip from buffalo ny all the way there to surprise my brother and take him to meet his long distance girlfriend who lives in Whitney point and I had to go to Walmart buy an air mattress and sleep in the back of my car because you guys didn’t specify it was only 21+

What are the one star reviews about? Fire alarm didn’t go off a Five am like John said. Service was great and we even got to have the pool to ourselves. It was almost impossible to get out of the shower because of how nice it was. So many options on breakfast and we even became friends with the employees because they were so friendly!

By far the best hotel stay ever. Greated by Serena when I checked. Each day I saw her she was amazing. Always friendly, asked how my stay was going, asked if I needed anything. Very attentive and personable. Jeremy I met the next day at breakfast. Very kind, nice, thoughtful, attentive. Both of them had such incredible customer service. Each day Jeremy welcomed guests at breakfast. Asked if I needed anything, how the food was. The staff really made you feel, the guests are most important. The comfort of the beds/pillows was dreamy. Beautiful, clean, quiet rooms. Housekeeping did a great job everyday of my stay. Any special request was taken care of with a smile. The indoor pool, heated. Clean area, fresh pool towels always available. Very large Wegmans a short walk from the hotel. A mall, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops all very close by. Easy on/off the highways in any direction. This was “I need a getaway stay”. This area is not quite 1.5 hours from where I live. I know that I will be back to getaway, get refreshed. The way the staff interacted with myself and other guests is the number ONE reason why. Thank you for really showing your customers are important.
