Hampton Inn Binghamton/Johnson City

Good, solid breakfast (not just bagels or muffins!). Clean hotel. Needs to have additional blankets available for guests!

Bed was comfortable, close to the university, close to stores

Breakfast was very lacking, pillows were horribly thin & the sheets were scratchy.

We have a child at BU. We were disappointed with cleanliness of common areas. We went back to hotel at 930pm. No one at all at front desk or no one to be found. I was very concerned with security as front door was wide open.

We love the location . The hotel was a little outdated.

Pool was heated and very clean & open until midnight. Nice hotel, a few things could be repaired but overall I enjoyed it.

The breakfast could use a little improvement. A couple more choices and a little better tasting omelet, other than that, everything was excellent.

L'établissement a facturé deux fois pour pour la même chambre (272$ et 239$ CAD). La facture officielle de l'hôtel est de 239 CAD. Je demeure sans réponse pour la facturation du montant de 272$. Conséquemment, je dois contesté la transaction auprès de Mastercard pour le montant de 272$ car plus de 500$ pour une chambre pour une nuit du 9-10 août (chambre 303), ça commence a faire cher. Bref, un hôtel a éviter.

Room had an unbearable scent of cigarettes. As a person with asthma causes painful breathing which is dangerous. Told the front desk. Since it’s sold out no room change available. Asked for help from housekeeping and was told they are gone for the day. Went to store and bought air deodorizes which did not help. Miserable experience
