Hampton Inn Waycross

Location was excellent. No decaf tea, but not a big deal.

Keys would not work on side door so had to block it open when we went out so we could get back in.

Nothing

The smell was nasty, renovations were being done. The PRICES ARE TOO HIGH FOR SUCH HORRIBLE NIGHT STAY

Whenever we’re in Waycross we frequently use this Hotel,I called to ask if we could early check in and was told by Destiny “No”even though my husband is “Silver Member and then I asked for late check out and was told by Destiny no again ever after speaking to an guest at breakfast who had late check out and I asked Destiny out it and she said it was because the person had asked earlier. Next time I will be staying at the new MARRIOTT’ other than that all was good, the room was clean and sanitized the renovations on the room was needed and our glass shower door needed attention .

The hotel was in the perfect location. Less than 10mins from family we came to see and all the stores/restaurants we visited.

I truly wanted to enjoy the pool but it was some type of white film floating on the surface. We thought maybe it was being services that morning, so we returned later that afternoon and evening and the white film was stick there.

Location was good.

I had to stay a couple more nights and I was able to rebook directly through them and saved over $100 for those 2 nights than I did booking with yall.

It was good and comfortable to be in a cool room. We enjoyed the bottles in the bathroom that have soap, shampoo, and conditioner in them. But the only thing we did not like was that the iron did not work long enough.
