Hampton Inn Waycross

When I booked my room, they didn’t say anywhere on the website that the elevator was down, so when I checked in, they told me, and I had to carry my luggage and kids up to the 3rd floor. Also the tub was peeling.

I was welcomed by a man named Marvin and he was very hospitable and patient even though I got a last minute room. The room was so clean and the pillows were so soft I had to use three. I plan on being back there as soon as I can.

The breakfast was horrible, fast food would have been better.

They were remodeling wish they had mentioned that on their website, very hard for parking and getting in and out of the hotel. Very dusty and my family and I have asthma.

This hotel was under construction. Nothing was noted about that during our stay. There was MOLD all around the bottom of the wall on the first floor. My daughter and I have been sick for 2 days bc of this.

The entire bottom floor and stairwell was under renovation. Would not have booked had I known this. The smell of paint was stong. Dust was everywhere. Breakfast had to be moved to the second floor. The parking lot spaces were blocked with storage bins, trash receptacles and contractor trucks. It was a pretty aweful experience.
