Extremely poor soundproofing — I could hear guests talking from across the corridor, making it impossible to sleep. Cleanliness was unacceptable: sticky floors in common areas and a dirty bathroom. Staff was unfriendly and uninterested in helping, simply telling us to submit a written complaint. Breakfast was disorganized, with only one staff member handling a full hotel. Overall, poorly managed and not guest-focused. Would not recommend.

Well located and clean.

I will probably do a review between 1-2 because we had several problems. Mostly over night, another guest decided to make a party at the corridor and we couldn’t sleep. On top of that, one of the guest threw up the entire night and the walls are not thick enough or the acoustic can’t handle so we had to sleep the entire night with throw up sound. The tip of the iceberg happened when I was checking out: the lady on the front door (called Yolanda) was in a bad day for sure. I checked out. I saw the sign at the elevator asking for us to tell front desk if we had issues, which we did. I told her: I’m going to give you a bad review. She said: Fine. No interest to understand what happened. The I asked: don’t you want to know why? And she said: yes, sure.. like she didn’t even mind. Well long story short, I won’t stay at at Hampton Inn again. This one for sure but I will likely avoid it in other locations too. Thanks, Vitor

Darla was great! Breakfast was ok, not great.

Where do I start? Mold and ceiling falling down in the bathroom (Room 308) Beds feel more like a board rather than a bed. Not sure how this hotel has a 8.4 rating.. my experience was more like a 4.5. There was a party in one of the ballroom, with a smoke machine, which caused the smoke alarm to go off. 10 min later it was finally turned off. The staff member on duty said " oh its fine, they have a smoke machine".. not sorry about this inconvenience, or I'm working on fixing this issue. Just go back to your room, where its blaring the alarm. I would not recommend this hotel.

Experience was good! Hotel location is fabulous for walking distance destinations. Nothing too fancy in the hotel itself. Beds were good. Staff were nice and courteous. Breakfast was ok. Fitness center was basic.

Una habitació ampla i llit molt comfortable. Està molt cèntric i a prop de quasi tot.

Que la cortina de la dutxa no era prou llarga i l'aigua surt fora.
