There is no room available for me despite having made a reservation

Good, great staff

My husband and I stayed here for six nights. We were supposed to have light maid service every other day. At the end of the third day, no maids had been in our room yet, so we stopped by the front desk to inquire about it. The front desk staff were extremely nice, apologetic and got us the toilet paper, clean towels and things that we needed. I also loved how the front desk staff greeted us every morning. Very friendly! Then the maids came every day after that to remove trash, replace towels and make the bed. They didn't actually clean at all, there was mud on the floor and it was there all week. The king suite we had was very nice, the mattress was extremely comfortable and the pillows were too. We were on the third floor and it just happened that there was a parking lot right beside the third floor, which was very convenient. The restaurant/lounge was great. We enjoyed dinner there one of the evenings and had the complimentary breakfast each day. Lots of businesspeople through the week but the place was huge and there was plenty of room for everyone. The fitness center was very large and clean too. We were there from a Tues through a Monday. The only problem we encountered was when we came back to the hotel on a Saturday night. There must have been a large youth hockey event. There wasn't much parking left, there were several men playing cornhole in the parking lot, several women in the bar (completely full) and eight unsupervised children in the fitness center. The kids were playing on all the equipment and pushing the trash can around the room . They were definitely not 12, they were much younger, and there were no adults with them, even though the sign on the fitness center says kids need to be supervised by an adult. We assume their fathers were the men outside playing cornhole and their mothers were in the bar. We decided not to use the fitness center because of all the kids in there.

We stayed for a hockey tournament and it was my son’s birthday. The staff was so nice, they put special treats in a box for him and signed the box. They were so thoughtful.

We appreciated the cleanliness and safety of the hotel. We had a late check in so didn’t really pay attention to much until breakfast the next morning and the offerings were a great variety and enjoyed our short stay.

Clean and quiet, but dated room. Electrical outlets and USB ports did not all work.

Great customer service manager and SaQuan at the desk his service was excellent . Everything was clean and everyone was very helpful
