Hampton Inn Boston / Marlborough

The bathroom and room itself was very nice. We took advantage of the pool which was kept really nicely. We enjoyed the breakfast especially the Belgian waffles on both mornings.

My major concern was that the cleaning staff only came every 2 days and we weren't accommodated during our two-day stay. So our towels were not replenished and our trash was over full. I called down to the front desk and was told they only come every two days which I don't believe is a customer friendly response. Also I was supposed to have two queen beds and I received two full-size beds. I had two young children with me that a queen size bed for them would have accommodated nicely and the full size bed for them was tricky.

Rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Close to shopping and dining

The hotel was a bit dated but clean. We had door slammers all around us, with continuous activity both nights until approximately 11pm. The faucet is too close to the edge of the sink. It made it difficult to wash your hands.

Location

The prices for one night definitely need to be adjusted they are kind of high

Room was comfy, and clean... only downside was no fan in the bathroom. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Saquan checked us in with a gift of water and cookies and a great smile.
