Clean will stay again

The front desk worker was very kind and accommodating. However, our room was not very clean. The beds were clean and comfortable; the shower was clean, but the walls in the bathroom had grime and random chunks of something that had previously been flung on there; the carpets felt grimy and damp when walking on them; the remote control had grime on the back of the controller. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke mixed with cleaner and it was a smoke free room. Overall, we had the general feeling of ick while being there. Again, the staff was quite kind and helpful, but the general room was not something i want to return to.

I have asked several times over a month ago for a refund. I am still waiting for one. I booked this 6momths ago and requested a refund with pleanty of time. Ridiculous

Always friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable bedding. The rooms need to updated for current outlets for computer charging.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Located just off the interstate and near a Love’s and several restaurants. Enjoyed our stay
