Quality Inn Holly Springs South

We love staying here since our kid started at ole miss! Well worth the drive from Oxford! Rooms are always so clean and smell so good, the owner is the kindest and remembered our faces from a year ago! Highly recommend this hotel we will always stay here when Oxford is full!!

I like the location of the property and that it was a loves gas station truck stop across the street that is about it.

I didn't like the fact that when I checked into my room my air was on but didnt work properly. It was hot in the room because the air didn't work properly the internet information that they gave me didn't work properly at all. The TV was a mess as well I properly will never stay at this hotel again. Not to mention upon checking in I paid $100 in cash for a deposit even tho my room was booked and paid for online. And when I turned my key in the guy at the front desk didn't even mention anything about my deposit until I said something he was acting as tho he didn't wanna give it to me either talking he needs to go check the room first. But if I would have never said anything to him about my deposit he would have kept it and I think that is ridiculous charging a deposit fee for a room that is booked and paid for already because on the website it says nothing about a $100 deposit I've never in my life paid a $100 deposit for any hotel I've ever stayed in I drove 3 hrs where I'm from the quality inns you don't pay a deposit you can book online or get a room upon arrival and your not paying a deposit fee either whatever your room cost thats what you pay. I will never go back to this location again.

Cleanliness and nice workers

This hotel has been renovated and looks quite modern from the outside. The lobby and breakfast areas are beautiful. The room doors are still the old ones, but everything works. The bathroom was quite nice with the higher toilet seat which is nice for us older folks. Clean pool also. Located right off the exit so easy to get to and leave.

The room I was given should have been shut down. The ceiling was peeling and the carpet was filthy in corners. Found a straight pin lodged in carpet which could have gotten stuck in my foot. Ceiling had water damage,pillows were very uncomfortable but breakfast was good but not enough to make me stay there again
