"Excellent"

The front desk staff was very attentive and professional. However, my room only had a half roll of toilet paper and I had to request more. The room and property were very clean and well kept in my opinion. I will stay there again.

"Absolute the worst customer service"

Well, I thought it had a pool but im booking.com. It did not say the pool was closed.

The power went out, which I know wasn’t the properties fault because it was everywhere on this side of the street, but there was no emergency lighting very unsafe hit my head against

"Good hotel near Ole Miss"

The service provided by the hotel was good. The staff were friendly, and the caretakers took care of the room regularly (in terms of cleanliness). The elevator was not working, which was a bit of a hassle for the guests staying on the second floor. The hotel is within 30 minutes' driving distance from Ole Miss campus, so it is ideal for folks visiting family members, watching a game, or attending commencement.
